Try to get at least 8-10 hours of sleep each night and take naps during the day if needed.

Stress can weaken your immune system, which will make it harder to fight the infection. Try relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or gentle stretching. Taking short breaks, listening to calming music, or even watching your favourite show can help reduce stress. If possible, take time off work or school to focus on getting better.
