L'Oreal Recital Preference 10.21 has its best effect on extremely light to light blonde hair. If your hair is darker than this, you may find that another shade in the range is better suited to your needs.

If your hair is coloured with a dark or intense colour, this shade is not recommended.

This shade will cover some grey, but if you have a lot of grey it will not cover perfectly - another shade in the range may be better suited to you.

Never apply this shade after pre-lightening.

If you're torn between two shades of Preference, the manufacturer recommends that you pick the lightest.

Customs clearance processing time is out of our control. It will depend on local authorities processes and customer's responsiveness.
