  • Pricing

Our prices are set to be competitive within the framework of all legislation which covers the sale of goods through pharmaceutical outlets in the UK.

We are not allowed to offer a discount or other incentive for any goods bought on prescription.

We price non-prescription items as competitively as possible and we also offer regular customers a loyalty scheme in which they earn Reward points which they can turn into cash against subsequent purchases of non-prescription products.

From time to time, we also run special promotions, when normally-priced goods are offered at special low prices for a defined period.

  • Payment & Security

    Payment

You can pay online using our credit and debit card secure payment scheme. Payments are processed by SagePay. A list of the cards which we accept is shown on the checkout page as well as on the bottom of all pages.  Allcures has also implemented Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode also known collectively as 3D Secure, both of these schemes require the card holder to provide a password which is authenticated with their servers, before we can proceed with the payment process. A form will popup on the screen asking you to autheticate using a password. If you have not already enrolled you will be asked to enroll in the service.

    Security

You have nothing to fear by paying Allcures.com for your goods online. We use the latest security encryption technology to ensure that your card details cannot be accessed by any unauthorised persons or for any transactions unauthorised by you.

  • Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Services at customercare@allcures.com or by telephone on +44(0)1708 859750 stating the items you wish to return, name and contact details, within 30 days. Return the goods to us in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly: for instance condoms, medicines or foods. We recommend using Recorded Delivery when returning products. Your statutory rights will not be affected. If we are in error we will refund the delivery charges.

When returning one or more products for a refund, you should note that if you have paid for all or part of that order with reward points these will be returned to your account first. The same applies to any credit used towards the purchase.

If returning products bought under the "3 For 2" or "2 For 1" offers, you will only be credited if the remainder of your order still fulfils the offer's rules. For example, say you purchased 4 items that were on "3 For 2" offer, and returned 1 of them, you would be credited for 1 item, but if you were to return 2 items, you would still only be credited for 1 item as you would have to pay normal price for the remaining 2 items in your order!
