Allcures does ship overseas, but decisions are made on a per-order basis. The delivery charge will depend on the size and weight of the parcel.
Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail Air Mail ‘International Signed For’ post – a signature will be required on receipt. Alternatively, heavy parcels will be sent by DPD or Fedex within Europe, again a signature will be required on delivery.
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are classified as Air Mail by Royal Mail and DPD or Fedex and are subject to different tariffs. You will be contacted by Customer Services on Air Mail delivery charges.

Return the goods to us in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly: for instance condoms, medicines or foods. We recommend using Recorded Delivery when returning products. Your statutory rights will not be affected. If we are in error we will refund the delivery charges.
When returning one or more products for a refund, you should note that if you have paid for all or part of that order with reward points these will be returned to your account first. The same applies to any credit used towards the purchase.
If returning products bought under the "3 For 2" or "2 For 1" offers, you will only be credited if the remainder of your order still fulfils the offer's rules. For example, say you purchased 4 items that were on "3 For 2" offer, and returned 1 of them, you would be credited for 1 item, but if you were to return 2 items, you would still only be credited for 1 item as you would have to pay normal price for the remaining 2 items in your order!
