Quantity used and timing will vary from person to person, but the usual recommended dosage is 3 to 8 sprays to the head and shaft of the penis 5 to 15 minutes before intercourse. You should always use the minimum effective quantity. Do not exceed a maximum of 24 sprays in 24 hours. Wash off the spray after intercourse.
Do not use the spray repeatedly for more than three months without consulting your doctor.
Do not spray near eyes or nostrils.
If you have, or have had, liver or kidney problems consult your doctor before using the spray.
Do not use if you or your partner are allergic or sensitive to local anaesthetics or any of the other ingredients used, on broken or inflamed skin, or if your partner is pregnant.
If you or your partner develop a rash or irritation, stop using the spray. If you feel unwell or have any unpleasant side effects after using the spray, consult your doctor.

Also contains Isopropyl Myristate, 2-(2-Ethoxyethoxy)ethanol, Stearic Acid, and Perfume 120.
