When you need a little nutritional help, Complan Shake; is the ideal supplement, providing balanced goodness in a tasty, wholesome drink. Available in 5 flavours, Complan shake is delicious and can be used in a variety of tasty recipes. Complan Shake is best made up with 200ml whole milk in order to achieve a higher nutritional profile. However you can also mix Complan Shake with water or use it in cooking. Each serving provides around : - 250 calories when made with water - 386 calories when made with whole milk. One serving, when reconstituted with water is equivalent to a light meal. Two servings are equivalent to a main meal.

Directions

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia. Must be used under medical supervision. For enteral use only. Complan shake is designed as a supplement to a normal diet and is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.

Store in a dry, cool place.

Intructions for use what you need: 200ml (7fl oz) of whole milk or water; a whisk or fork; a glas or mug or just a shaker.

Pour 50ml water or whole milk into a large glass or mug and add 1 sachet (57g)

Mix into a smooth cream with a whisk or fork.

Top up with the remaining 150ml and continue stirring all the time.
