Complan Shake is a Food for special medical purposes for use under medical supervision. Complan Shake is a high energy nutritional supplement based on skimmed milk powder, carbohydrate and fat, with added vitamins and minerals for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition.
The best way to enjoy Complan Shake
Complan Shake is best made up with 200ml whole milk in order to achieve a higher nutritional profile. However, you can also mix Complan shake with water or use it in cooking. - Directions

For external use only. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia. Must be used under medical supervision. Complan shake is designed as a supplement to the normal diet and is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Instructions for use what you need: 200ml (7fl oz) of whole milk or water; a whisk or fork; a glas or mug or just a shaker.Pour 50ml whole milk or water into a large glass or mug and add 1 sachet (57g)
Mix into a smooth cream with a whisk or fork.
