Good afternoon, We are sorry you feel that you did not receive your order on time. I have checked our records and you placed your order at 19:40 on Thursday the 9th of June and chose priority service. Our priority service states that orders need to be placed before 12pm on Monday to Friday for delivery next business day. Your order was despatched to you on Friday and delivered to you on Monday the 13th of June, the next business day. In the past there has been some confusion over this policy so we have taken care to explainthis as plainly as possible. The delivery section of our website says our priority service says “One working day - Orders placed before NOON only”. We also adjusted the text for Priority Delivery to say “Order before 12pm Mon-Fri for delivery next business day” so you can see our delivery policy as you choose it. We always do our best to make our policies as clear and easy to understand as possible, and where appropriate, make it obvious to our customers that they know where they stand. If you feel we could have been clearer with regards to our delivery policy, we would be delighted to hear back from you. I would like to thank you once again for your time and I hope to hearfrom you again in the future.RegardsAllcures
