Nurofen relieves pain and reduces inflammation and temperature, as well as being effective in relieving headaches and other types of pain, it is also effective for the relief of cold and flu symptoms.
If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, consult your doctor. As with all pain relievers, if you are receiving treatment from your doctor, consult him before taking this medicine.
Nurofen is gentler on the stomach than aspirin and is as well tolerated as paracetamol. However, as with other pain relievers, Nurofen should not be taken if you have a stomach ulcer or other stomach disorder.
Asthma suffers, anyone allergic to aspirin, and pregnant women should only take Nurofen after consulting their doctor.
Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
Adults and children over 12 years : initial dose of 2 tablets taken with water, then if necessary, 1 or 2 tablets every 4 hours.
Do not exceed 6 tablets in any 24 hours.
Not to be given to children under 12 years.

Each tablet contains the active ingredient Ibuprofen BP 200mg.
It also contains : Maize Starch, Sucrose, Calcium Sulphate, Titanium Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Acacia, Shellac, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Carnuba Wax, Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone, Acetylated Monoglyceride, Iron Oxide Black, Sodium Benzoate.
