These delicious sweets are completely sugar free, but still pack plenty of fruity flavour. This blackcurrant pastilles are made from real fruit juice and contain the sugar substitute lycasin, with added vitamin C to give your immune system a real boost.

Perfect for relieving sore throats and helping stave off minor colds, these Grether's Pastilles have been a popular choice since the 1930s. <br /><br />This 100g pouch will last you for a while, and makes the perfect refill for your Grether's Pastilles tins.

Directions

With sweetener. Excessive consumption may induce laxative effects. Gluten free. Lactose free. Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, gelatine, molasses, acid (citric acid), black currant juice (1.7%), glycerine (0.5%), thickener (agar-agar), vegetable oil, glazing agent (beeswax), flavour, colour (vegetable carbon).

 

Store in a cool dry place

They have changed slughtly since the sixties when marketed as Allenburys, when they had a glossy coating. Matt now but the same unique taste and so good for the throat- a lovely bitamin C boost

The Grether's Blackcurrant Pastilles are no longer available in North Wales and it is great to have a classic pastilles delivered to your door at a great price.
