Please read the instructions on the packaging before using this product. To use: Open the sachet by hand and remove the heat pack. Peel away the paper strip. Stick pack to clothing or underwear over the painful area. Pack warms up gradually and reaches maximum heat within approximately 30 minutes. It is air activated, so don't open the sachet until you're ready to use it. Do not use on children. WARNING: If misused, heat packs can cause burns even at low temperatures. Follow the instructions and monitor the pack frequently. To prevent the risk of burns, never apply the heat packs directly to the skin, allow air to circulate over the heat pack and do not apply pressure (for example by lying or sitting on the heat pack), and never use the heat pack on any area of the body other than the back or shoulder. Each heat pack is single use - please don't try to reheat them.
DO NOT USE CURA-HEAT: over an area of skin that is reddened, inflamed, broken, bruised, or irritated; whilst sleeping; or in conjunction with other creams, rubs or lotions applied to the skin or with/near to other heat sources. Talk to a doctor before using if you: have rheumatoid arhtiris, poor circulation, nerve damage, sensory impairment, a skin condition, or are diabetic or pregnant. If pain persists, please consult your doctor.
Contents of heat pack may be harmful if swallowed or brought into direct contact with eyes or skin, so please avoid this. If such a situation occurs, seek immediate medical help.
