Helps reduce pre-menstrual bloat, puffiness and tenderness by eliminating excess pre-menstrual water weight.
Premenstrual syndrome is a problem that affects most women at some time in their lives, yet only recently has it been the subject of serious research. It is estimated that over four million women in this country alone suffer from some form of PMS. At its worst, it has been blamed for some really serious problems. In its mildest form, it can often make normal, even-tempered women irritable and uncomfortable. Few women even realise that what they are suffering with even has a name - PMS. But recognition of its symptoms can help in counteracting many of its problems.
